Handmade, small-batch stained glass art & home decor

Hi, I’m Laura!
I create handmade stained glass art from my home in beautiful Stillwater, Minnesota. In addition to being a glass artist, I’m also a wife, a mom, and have a full-time career in social work. Stained glass began as a hobby, but quickly became a creative outlet—and a means for self-care—that I’m incredibly grateful to have discovered.Outside the studio, I love spending time outdoors camping, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. Music is a big part of my creative rhythm too, and I’m always chasing that same sense of spontaneity and joy in my work.
Each piece I create is one of a kind, thoughtfully crafted to bring a little color, light, and movement into everyday life.

I love doing custom work and helping to translate your vision into stained glass! I have enjoyed collaborating on everything from holiday suncatchers, to bookend sets, birth flowers, and memorial pieces. I'm so grateful to create something uniquely yours!I am currently booked through June '26, but plan to reopen my contact form for commissions this summer. I can only accept a limited number of customs throughout the year, so be sure to plan ahead if you need work completed by a certain date. Custom stained glass pieces can take a few months from our first design consultation to getting the finished work in your hands. If you have a date that your piece is needed, please indicate that on the contact form!

Each piece is handcrafted using the Tiffany (copper foil) method and should be handled with care. Always hold your piece by the soldered seams rather than the glass itself, and avoid putting pressure on delicate areas or joints. Stained glass is best displayed in a protected area, away from extreme temperatures, strong wind, or impact. Always hang by nails or hooks, and avoid suction cups. The solder used to assemble each piece contains lead, which is standard in traditional stained glass. It is safe for display and everyday handling, but hands should be washed after contact, and especially before eating.Over time, it is normal for the solder to dull or oxidize slightly. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth—avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives (like window cleaner or alcohol), as they can damage the finish. You may also buff with a liquid car wax (like carnauba) to bring it back to a sparkling shine! With proper care, your piece will continue to catch and refract light beautifully for years to come!
